These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AiTradely mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), operated by LaunchMap LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AiTradely is an AI-powered market analysis tool that provides real-time price data, technical indicators, economic calendar with AI commentary, and an AI chat assistant for trading research. AiTradely is an educational and analytical tool only. It does not execute trades, manage funds, or provide personalized financial advice.
The information provided through the Service, including AI-generated analysis, signals, indicators, and commentary, is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such.
AiTradely does not recommend that any asset should be bought, sold, or held by you. All trading and investment decisions are made at your own risk. You should conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
You may browse certain features of the Service without creating an account. To access AI analysis and personalized features, you may create an account using your email address, Google, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
AiTradely offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice.
The Service uses AI models provided by Anthropic (Claude) to generate market analysis, commentary, and responses. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You should independently verify any information before making trading or investment decisions.
Market data displayed in the Service is sourced from third-party providers including CoinGecko, TwelveData, Yahoo Finance, and FinanceFlow. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy of any price, indicator, or economic data shown.

The Service, including its design, code, AI prompts, and branding, is the property of LaunchMap LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Market data belongs to its respective providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchMap LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
You acknowledge that trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. The Service does not guarantee any trading outcomes. Past performance of any asset or indicator does not guarantee future results.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Active subscriptions can be managed through Apple's subscription management.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
The following terms apply to your use of the Service through the Apple App Store:
(a) This agreement is between you and LaunchMap LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). LaunchMap LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content.
(b) Your license to use the Service is limited to a non-transferable right to use the Service on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The Service may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
(c) LaunchMap LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Service. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.
(d) In the event that the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Service, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of LaunchMap LLC.
(e) LaunchMap LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service or your possession and use of the Service, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
(f) In the event of any third-party claim that the Service or your possession and use of the Service infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, LaunchMap LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such claim.
(g) You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
(h) You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
