Your privacy choices.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your AiTradely account and all associated data. This action is irreversible and will remove:

• Your profile and account information
• All AI conversation history
• All logged trades, positions, and portfolio data
• Your watchlist and notification preferences
• Telegram bot connection

To delete your account:

• Step 1: Open AiTradely and go to Settings
• Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”
• Step 3: Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Active subscriptions will be cancelled but you must also cancel through the App Store or Google Play to stop billing.

Export Your Data

You can download a copy of all your data including trade history, AI conversations, and portfolio records.

• In-app: Go to Settings → Data → Export
• Via email: Send a request to support@aitradely.com and we will provide your data within 14 days

Manage Notifications

Control what notifications you receive:

• Morning Briefing: Toggle on/off in Settings → Notifications
• Reversal Alerts: Toggle on/off in Settings → Notifications
• Price Alerts: Toggle on/off in Settings → Notifications
• Event Reminders: Toggle on/off in Settings → Notifications
• Weekly Recap: Toggle on/off in Settings → Notifications
• Telegram: Disconnect anytime in Settings → Telegram Bot

AI Conversation History

Your AI chat messages are stored to maintain conversation context per asset. You can clear individual asset conversations within the app by tapping the chat header and selecting “Clear History.” To delete all AI conversation data, delete your account or email us.

Usage Analytics

We collect anonymized usage data to improve the app. You can opt out:

• In-app: Go to Settings → Privacy → Analytics → Toggle off
• Via email: Send a request to support@aitradely.com

Opting out of analytics does not affect app functionality.
