Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your AiTradely account and all associated data. This action is irreversible and will remove:

• Your profile and account information
• All AI conversation history
• All logged trades, positions, and portfolio data
• Your saved strategies and their backtests
• Your watchlist and notification preferences
• Any connected broker authorisation
• Telegram bot connection

To delete your account:

• Step 1: Open AiTradely and go to Settings
• Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”
• Step 3: Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Deleting your account revokes our access to any broker you connected, but it does not close positions or cancel orders already placed with that broker. You must manage those in your broker's own platform.

Deleting your account does not by itself stop billing. If you subscribed on iOS, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings; if you subscribed on the web or Android, cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked in the app or email us.

Export Your Data

You can request a copy of all your data, including trade history, saved strategies, AI conversations, and portfolio records. Email us and we will provide it in a machine-readable format within 14 days.

Manage Notifications

Control what notifications you receive:

• Daily analysis: Toggle on/off in Settings → Notifications
• Signal and strategy alerts: Toggle on/off in Settings → Notifications
• Event reminders: Tap the 🔔 on any individual economic event to turn its reminder on or off
• Everything at once: Revoke notification permission for AiTradely in your device settings
• Live Activities (iOS): Turn off Live Activities for AiTradely in Settings → AiTradely on your device
• Telegram: Disconnect anytime in Settings → Telegram Bot

AI Conversation History

Your AI chat messages are stored to maintain conversation context. You can clear conversations within the app from the chat header. To delete all AI conversation data, delete your account or email us.

Disconnect Your Broker

If you connected a brokerage account, you can revoke that connection at any time from within AiTradely or from your broker's own account settings. We then delete the stored authorisation tokens. Disconnecting stops AiTradely from sending any further instructions, but does not close or cancel anything already open at your broker.

Cookie Settings

Choose whether we may use analytics and advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and cannot be switched off. Refusing does not restrict any feature.

Usage Analytics

We record named product-analytics events to understand which features people use. To opt out, email us and we will suppress non-essential analytics for your account. Opting out does not affect app functionality.

• Google Analytics: Install Google's opt-out browser add-on to block it entirely on the web
• Cookies: Block or delete analytics and advertising cookies in your browser settings — sign-in cookies must stay enabled for the app to work

Advertising and Tracking

• iOS tracking: Revoke consent in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → AiTradely
• Meta: Opt out of personalised ads at facebook.com/settings?tab=ads
• Google: Manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com

Opting out of advertising attribution does not restrict any AiTradely feature.
